We can employ the persecutory delusion as our type. These hallucinations are especially frequent in states of stupor, but they are melancolla observed in the anxious form: Some have hallucinations of taste and smell and imagine that they have become rotten, that their food has been transformed, that they are consuming garbagefaecal matter, human flesh, etc.
